Guildwars Won't update...
Ok last time I played Guildwars was about 2 weeks ago, and It gets stuck at connecting to arenanet just after i click the icon.
I've tried disabling my fire walls etc, but it wont work any help? |

Did you reccently do the "-image" trick to download all the game files? If so, your shortcut on your desktop will still have the "-image" command tag on it and won't actually start the game.
Right click, edit the short cut properties to return the command to normal. If that's not it... *shrug* |

Nop I've never done the -image trick.... even checked it to make sure.

Maybe try -imaging, to see if it can connect that way. If it cant, id suggest reinstalling.

Check that you are not using any programs that interfere with connections like peerguardian or something similar - they will also stop you from updating.

Well -imaging didn't work, and no I don't have any programs that are different than what I was running 2 weeks ago when I last played.
I'll reinstall one day if i get time |

I know you checked your firewall, but if you're using NOD32 you need to take it off completely before it will connect to Anet. (From my experience at least; it does it after it updates sometimes.) Not sure if that's what you're using, but thought it's better to chime in just in case.
